Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with HongDian Ceramics. We want your ceramic tableware to arrive safely and match what you ordered.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging when possible.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at danai138@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for your request. Do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide the return instructions and return address after your request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Non-returnable Items

Used items, items damaged by misuse, customized items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error or a damaged/defective item, we will help resolve the issue after review. For returns due to personal preference, wrong size choice, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If the exchange is approved and the requested item is available, we will provide instructions.
