HongDian Ceramics ships ceramic tableware from our fulfillment location to customers in the United States and selected international markets.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery to the United States is usually 7-20 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Available shipping methods may vary based on destination, product weight, and order value.

Ceramic Packaging

Ceramic products are packed carefully to reduce the risk of breakage during transit. Please keep all packaging materials if you need to report a damaged shipment.

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped.
